VINYL

Utilising digital printing and high heat application, our vinyl printing process ensures a long-lasting and eye-catching result. Heat transfer involves applying specialty vinyls to garments using a heat press, allowing for single-layer or complex, multi-layered designs.

DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING

Looking for a printing solution that delivers exceptional quality and a soft, comfortable feel? Direct to Garment (DTG) printing utilises state-of-the-art inkjet technology to apply water-based inks directly onto fabric, creating vibrant and detailed designs.

Similar to a high-tech paper printer, DTG printing allows the ink to seamlessly absorb into the fabric fibers. This process results in a softer, more comfortable print compared to traditional screen printing, making it ideal for apparel that will be worn frequently.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange policy

We happily accept exchanges or refunds for any reason, including ‘change of mind’ as long as the following conditions are met:

Exchanges/returns need to be returned to us within 14 days of purchase
Any returned item must be in perfect ‘as new’ condition. This means:
- Unworn, unused and undamaged
- All tags and barcodes still attached to the item/s
- Must be returned in the original box/packaging
- Original tax invoice or receipt returned with the product
If an item has been ordered in on customers request and is not a stock item, a re-stocking fee of 10% of order value is applicable.

Exceptions:

No Refunds on R.M. Williams or Akubra. Exchange only or store credit as long as items are returned in a perfect “as new” condition as stated above.
No Refunds or Exchange on Sale, Clearance items or Custom Made/Decorated.
